Prices include all utility costs. Additional costs: €45.00 cleaning fee and €100.00 security deposit.

Minimum stay: 3 nights (for 2 nights, please contact us).

Payment: Pre-payment via bank transfer.

We felt very comfortable and at home in the Akazienblüte holiday flat. The facilities alone are top notch! Edith, our host, really thought of everything. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Even coffee and tea are provided. We also received a bottle of Franconian red wine as a welcome gift. Very tasty. The bathroom is small, but really nice! And here, too, everything has been thought of. Even shower gel and shampoo are provided. The bed is also very comfortable and we slept well and very peacefully (quiet street/neighbourhood). Erg mooi en groot appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. En heel veel info over wat er in de omgeving, bijvoorbeeld Bamberg, te doen en zien is. Privé parkeerplaats voor de deur op het erf. Appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping (2de etage) maar is in het geheel niet gehorig. Een aanrader als uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in de regio. Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an super, der Check-In hat ebenfalls super geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche lädt ebenfalls zum verbleiben ein. Getränke, Tee, Kaffee und eine nette Begrüßung inbegriffen. Ich bin sehr beeindruckt wie gut organisiert und unkompliziert die Buchung war. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation. Wir wurden sehr höflich empfangen und die Wohnung ist absolut traumhaft. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zu Edith war unkompliziert und nett. L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux; propreté et équipements très fournis et de qualité sont à souligner. Situé au calme, permettant très rapidement des échappées alentour; l'accès au coeur de Bamberg est très rapide. Parking dédié devant la maison. Une très belle étape à ne pas manquer si l'on visite la région. Accueil très chaleureux de Sonja qui fournit les instructions utiles au bon séjour. Les petites attentions ont été très appréciées et ont conforté, si besoin était, la volonté de bien recevoir. Finalement, une étape trop courte ! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig; Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr gut ausgestattet und von hoher Qualität sind hervorzuheben. Ruhig gelegen, sehr schnell Ausflüge in die Umgebung möglich; der Zugang zum Herzen von Bamberg ist sehr schnell. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Ein sehr schöner Zwischenstopp, den man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte, wenn man die Gegend besucht. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Sonja, die nützliche Anweisungen für einen guten Aufenthalt gibt. Tolle Wohnung, in der man sich wie Zuhause fühlt. Es ist alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Ich habe mich besonders über die gut ausgestattete Küche und den praktischen Schnitt der Wohnung gefreut. Wir waren mittlerweile zum vierten Mal in der FeWo Akazienblüte und es war wieder mal fantastisch.
Die Wohnung war wie immer super sauber und gemütlich. Der große Fernseher sorgt mit verschiedenen Streaming-Diensten auch bei regnerischen Tagen für gute Unterhaltung.
Wir haben außerdem zum ersten Mal das Thermen-Kit für den Besuch in der Obermain-Therme genutzt, beides kann ich sehr empfehlen. Ansonsten lädt die Umgebung natürlich zum Wandern ein (Giechburg, Gügel oder auch Bad Staffelstein). Besonders schön finden wir, dass es in der Gegend immer mehr vegetarische und vegane Optionen in den Gastwirtschaften gibt. Die Brauerei Göller (5min zu Fuß von der FeWo) bietet beispielsweise fränkische Küche teilweise in vegan an.

We enjoyed our stay at Ediths place. The apartment is nicley decorated and had a great location for us. Sonja which takes care of the apartment is very nice and helpful. She welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The apartment had a fully functional kitchen that was great for preparing meals. The bed is very comfortable and provides a good night rest. The livingroom has books, games and movies for entertainment. There is also information about Bamberg and things to do. We enjoyed our welcome gift a bottle of wine and our Nicolaus. Sonja answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. She is such a sweet, wonderful women and a great listener. Edith is a wonderful host and makes sure her gastes have a great time. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and a great place to relax. We felt at home.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ediths Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist nicley decorated und hatte eine tolle Lage für uns. Sonia, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie begrüßte uns und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlten. Die Wohnung wirkte mit einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche, die großartig für die Zubereitung der Mahlzeiten war. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und bietet eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Das Wohnzimmer hat Bücher, Spiele und Filme für Unterhaltung. Es gibt auch Informationen über Bamberg und Aktivitäten gibt es auch zu erfahren. Wir haben unser Willkommensgeschenk, eine Flasche Wein und unser Nicolaus genossen. Sonia hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und dafür gesorgt, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Sie ist so eine süße, wunderbare Frau und eine tolle Zuhörerin. Edith ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und sorgt dafür, dass ihre Gastes eine tolle Zeit haben. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt.(Helga, USA, Dezember 2023)

We were extremely surprised by such a lovingly furnished, large and clean flat. Everything had been thought of. The location near Bamberg was ideal. The lovely lady who looks after the flat when the owners are away was extremely friendly. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for one night – the beds were a dream and the kitchen was beautiful. As it was only a weekend trip, we didn't cook. But everything has been thought of. And then on top of that, the cleanliness!!! It's great that Edith and her family make strangers' stays so pleasant and provide such a beautiful flat. THANK YOU!!!
